SHIPPING POLICY
Sowing Seeds Creations uses three different carriers to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.
Our three carriers are:
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- United Parcel Service (UPS)
- FedEx
Merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case:
- You will not incur additional shipping charges
- Your shipping charge (if applicable) will be split across the multiple packages when your order is shipped
We aim to provide excellent service for shipping and delivery.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Multiple items ordered under a single order may not always ship together.
Once an order is received, we immediately start processing; therefore, there are no cancellations or refunds.
Once customers receive the item, you may then contact us regarding a refund.
Shipments are processed up 7 business days and orders will arrive within 6-12 days – depending on your location and shipping option. The tracking number will be emailed to you once the product has shipped and is in transit.
Managing my UPS delivery
UPS My Choice® allows you to personalize your delivery for maximum flexibility.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Sowing Seeds Creations only ships to USA and Puerto Rico.
Currently our warehouse is working under limited operations in accordance with local authority guidelines for COVID-19. We thank you for your patience in the case that your order may be delayed as we work to adhere to social distancing and safety protocols.
- You will receive an order confirmation email and an order fulfillment email once your order has been fulfilled.
- Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number email. Select the Track Shipment link provided in the email to receive the most up-to-date shipping information or use the tracking number and track via the carrier’s website.
